1. Return Window

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
Item must be unused, undamaged and in original packaging.


2. Wrong / Damaged Products

If your item arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

Contact us within 48 hours with photos/videos.
We’ll replace it or issue store credit — no extra cost.


3. Return Shipping

  • If it’s our mistake → we cover return shipping

  • If customer changes mind → customer pays return shipping


4. Not Eligible for Return

  • Used or washed items

  • Items with perfume, stains or wear

  • Sale/discounted items

  • Customized orders


5. Refund Options

We offer:

  • Exchange

  • Store Credit (valid for 6 months)

Cash refunds are not provided.
